The Fitness Grind 5.0

Looking back on how far we've come, 3 years and 4 events later we've made it to our 5th Fitness Grind. From the inception of the very first Fitness Grind, with all events offering a different but amazing experience.

The 7th of September 2019 will now mark the fifth edition which will be nothing less of an experience like the other ones have been. We have collected good memories and shared good times together. Let's make this a spectacular 5.0.

Event Venue

The centre for high end fashion stores and high end restaurants and accommodation will now host our high intensity fitness and lifestyle workout event The Fitness Grind. This open space in between the restaurants and shops at The Piazza in Melrose Arch is an ideal area for participants to test their strength and endurance.
