- Subscription Refunds
Given the nature of our digital services, we do not typically offer a refund or credit on a purchased subscription unless required under applicable consumer law.
- Change of Mind
Please choose your subscription carefully. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or choose the wrong subscription plan.
- Service Disruption
In the unlikely event of a significant disruption to our service (a disruption that lasts more than 48 hours), we will consider requests for a partial refund. The refund will be proportionate to the duration of the service disruption.
- Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings. Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your billing cycle, but you will not be charged for the following cycle.
