Hello
Meet Tebogo
As a small boy in the township growing up in a household full of training equipment, weights and a punching bag I would see my father wake up every morning and train. I am told that I tagged along to jog with him as well. I then developed an interest in training as a whole, from road running, lifting weights and hitting the bag.
I remember vividly the first time post my weight training, the next day was not pretty at all. I experienced aches and pains I had never experienced before. I literally cried. Yes I said it, “I cried”. My father then said in order to ease the aches and pain I was feeling, I had to go back to the same activity that had initially caused it. Apparently, that was the only way to recover. So I did just that and the rest is history.
