There is no such thing as a pretty workout. My philosophy is if we’re going to train then let us go all in…leaving no stones unturned.
MINIMAL EQUIPMENT
The point is that not much is needed to train. All you need is limited space and in this case two sets of equipment, namely a pair of dumbbells and a mat. That is it.
HIGH INTENSITY
Weights performed at high levels of intensity yields greater results. Picture yourself running up an uphill, carrying a bag full of bricks. Depending on how you use them, cardio can be incorporated using weights.
DIFFERENT LEVELS
